Still have a bad taste in my mouth from when I bought my house. They almost didn’t close on the house on the the promised date due to my mortgage team not doing there job properly.
The team provided regular updates during the process. It would be a good practice if the team one or both could attend a closing. Distance could be a factor, but the relationship that is established thru audio could provide a greater one if the loan officer and/or coordinator was given an opportunity to meet a veteran that they have assisted.
