Not only will I only ever us VU for refi but also in recommending to others. I realize that it's a benefit of having served. But it's also something that I can brag about~ not only do we get the VA benefits, we get to work with a company that ACTUALLY cares. You can't find or by that. When people care about people, it always is a better deal. The process was smooth and painless. The only complaint I have is a lack of communication on the time line for payoff’s for the previous mortgage and credit card. I need to know this for budgeting purposes.

As first time homebuyers, we honestly expected much more hassle and red tape and haggling. My entire team from top to bottom deserves a raise, they were fantastic through the whole process.
