They were really helpful a little hectic towards the end of closing but always with a great attitude to hit the finish line
For a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions that I wished were answered sooner and maybe explained over the telephone but it was hard getting ahold of people most times
I’ve read some negative reviews about VU, but I can honestly say that I didn’t experience any negative issues with VU. We, meaning my Wife and I, were very responsive on getting requested documents back asap. We didn’t procrastinate on anything requested from us. Our team consisted of Hannah, Lupe, and Emily who were all available to take my calls and emails with questions I had. We closed in unbelievable 16 days.
Everyone will of course have different experiences to report, which is great, but this was my experience and it was nothing but wonderful for me with a minimal stress involved.

Knowledgeable, informative and friendly individuals. I was nervous about the entire process before I started. Veterans United and their team and the whole process very simple and helped me every step of the way. They were always quick to answer questions and made the home buying process a breeze.
Veterans United made the difficult process of homebuying not so difficult. My Loan Team stayed in contact throughout. When it came time for closing, I was advised what I would need in closing costs but instead, I was the one paid at closing.
