Everyone is super friendly, and if you don’t know the home-buying process, they really make sure you understand how everything works, and exactly what you are signing. Everyone on your team was AMAZING, helpful and was able to give us great guidance on purchasing our first home. The VA appraiser was pretty slow with getting our report in & on time and made the whole “network “ of people involved in this process be put in limbo, to the point of pushing back escrow 2 times. Although this was a minor glitch, everything else went seamlessly.
If you're an anxious first time home buyer like I was, Veterans United is the way to go. They made the process extremely smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
