Was not impressed with the loan assistances, I started for feel like I was being passed off between the two. This made it very difficult to get paperwork processed, and I was constantly have to resend items. For as helpful as the rest of the team was I feel the two assistants just weren’t 10 like the rest of the staff. But overall I’m very happy with how Chris, Sandy, and La Sar took excellent care of me.
It was actually less than 30 days from the time we found our house until we did closing. I would never have believed that it could go so smoothly, with that kind of pace. I want to commend Matt and his team for exceptional service and dedication to my search for a new home. I would not want to do it with anyone else.
