This was my first home buying experience and not even the home buying classes could ever fully prepare you for this but Scott & Courtney took extremely great care of me! They communicated EVERY step and listened to me and addressed ALL of my concerns. I experienced a moment of doubt and they pretty much assured me I had nothing to worry about. I was never ignored, rushed, mislead, Etc.. A honest hardworking team to get you to a clear to close and I have extremely grateful for them! Will certainly keep them in contacts for all home financing help!

I did not like that I found errors on the closing documents twice. I just do not believe that I should’ve had that burden. I found those and they were corrected immediately. I did like the ease of the uploads for documentation.
