I would totally recommend veterans united to anyone and everyone. Hands down the bestbi have ever seen or even heard of.
Lack of communication. Only contact you when they need something, but when you have questions it's "let's get them off the phone asap". Made an $8000 "mistake" by "not clicking a button" before my loan ever started and then tried to fix it with a $1000 concession. Very pushy about when to lock in my rate even though it fell 3 days later to a 30 day low. Stay Away from these guys.

The refinance process was so simple! Jamie took care of everything! He answered the few concerns that I had within minutes! He helped originally when I bought my home and I was very happy to see that he was the one that would be helping me with refinancing because it was as seamless as the homecoming process was.
