As the VA loan process is stringent, I did have some issues with verification of my service, as I have been out of the military for over 30 years, but Amanda and her team helped me navigate the hoops, and the process went smoothly after that. My only issue was the short window of time from loan approval to the closing, which put the seller in a bind for moving time, and led to some concerns on the day of closing that they would not be out of the house, but it worked in our favor.Thank you to Amanda and the team for all the work put into the process, I was very impressed with the level of service, the communication, and the ease of uploading documents into the system for review and approval.

Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
