Keep in mind you have to be willing to do the work! Get your ducks in a row and be realistic about your home buying expectations. The overall experience was very good. I had Kody Gilbow as my loan officer and he was phenomenal! The other person that I was dealing with a lot was not very knowledgeable when if came to water requirements and tended to take awhile to get back with me unless she happen to answer the phone when I called. We completed everything and got things done as quick as possible.
My loan came with several different degrees of difficulty. Sam and Dustin had to put in a lot of work and redo a lot of things because of different circumstances. Truly grateful to these guys for getting everything done for me.
