Our home buying process was far from normal and took almost 600 days (by no fault of Veterans United), but Veterans United (Rachel) stuck with us the whole time and made sure we didn't get lost or forgotten.

The team members function well as a unit and getting things done in an efficient manner meant an awful lot to me. Great folks to work with. This is my last home..as i'm 77 years old now and will not see the last payment on this home. But, it was great working with everyone that helped me into a home I can now easily manage and not have to spend my days looking at a retirement home...THIS is my retirement home.
Veterans United came through with flying colors when other banks were nitpicking small stuff that was not truly relevant. I appreciate the gifts and will put them to good use. The through was used on the flight to West Virginia during a sleepless night in the airport floor, so thank you for that warmth provided there. Thanks for your support to get things done in a timely manner as well. Good group of hard-working people. Much appreciated by my wife and myself.

Kevin and his team were exceptional. They worked with me regularly, sometimes daily, and were very prompt in answering any question at anytime. Kevin went beyond expectations by answering with his personal phone and even when not at work. I’d recommend him and his team without reservation! AAA+++
