Just a little disappointed with Allie, my original loan officer. It’s not a big deal, but things could have been handled better. My own research, along with AI technology nowadays, estimated that I’d be paying around $2,900 to $3,100 for the property, but Allie sent me an estimate of only $2,700. I ended up with a $3,096 monthly mortgage payment. I understand adjustments for property tax, home insurance etc as this is our second home but it should not be that big of a gap. I leaned toward her estimate because I trusted that she does this for a living versus a non human AI model and Google searches. Ultimately, we love the house, so we still went for it.
During PCS and ETSing, Veterans United showed incredible care and support for me every time. I was blown away by how quick and easy they were able to work with and made the entire process smooth. I loved all of the resources they provided and every staff member was awesome to work with. This was an amazing milestone in my life with transitioning out of the Army, and I feel very blessed and thankful to have had the Veterans United Team supporting me.
