I'm so happy I went with Veterans United for the home buying process. The app broke the steps down Barney-style and is very easy to use. Jeff, Carrie, and Candace were amazing! They were always available for questions, explained everything so I could understand, and they worked extremely quickly to get me approved for my first house. I highly recommend VU for any veteran buying a house, especially first-time buyers. I can't thank you guys enough!

Stephanie Pantaleo and Rachel Bruce were very prompt and patient with me from the beginning through the end of the loan approval and closing escrow process. They made everything easy to understand and uploading the documents to the VU website with your account was unbelievably fast and easy as well secure! I would recommend VU to all homebuyers!
The Veterans United website and automated process was so easy. Uploading, reviewing and signing documents was straightforward and actually worked. Just a great, customer centric tool. Best financing experience ever!
