My Veterans United experience was very good everyone was interested in making sure you're comfortable with the process and offer all that's available true professionals my whole team.
All the things I needed to do were outlined quickly, however, speaking to someone seemed like it took a long time. Not that I expect someone to be at my beck and call, but if someone sends me an email or text at say, 1000, and I respond at 1001, I'd expect to get a fairly quick response. Sometimes I'd be waiting a few hours mid conversation. Just sometimes though.
