If your a veteran you do not need to look any further. This company and its agents (Cindy!!!) have all the tools, resources, knowledge, and experts to deliver a huge win for veteran buyers. The app interface, the easy of communication, the leveraging for the buyer...i couldnt have asked for more. Im 34 years old and was extremely nervous to buy my first..even more so during a very hard time in our housing economy. Cindy was honest and open with the process. We got a house under asking value and was appraised high then we bought for with so much seller concession we bought our rate down. Dont hesitate.
The team was great! But Veterans United needs areas of improvement, there’s a couple of co workers that had some issues with you all. As a customer purchasing a new home could be scary. It’s a lot of money after all. There should be a teams meeting/zoom meeting (etc.) on the closing disclosures, the ins or outs of this document, if you will. Create a power point or something that can be easily edited to fit all the data on the actual closing disclosure, so the customer has a better understanding of everything. Idk also giving them the opportunity to save it, and come back around to review even after the purchase is done as a refresher. Last but not least, taking that extra step in teaching the customer better ways to save money on the property, like county tax exemption form in case property taxes change. Creating such programs will benefit the company/customers. Us being Veterans admire integrity and loyalty in establishments that take care of us.
Please allow for group texting via the web messenger that Schandler uses. It would it make it easier for multiple people to be relayed the same information and for everyone to be on the same page.
I was advised from co workers they heard nothing but good things about Veterans United as a lender and I’m here to say I can honestly attest to the hard work and dedication Kollin King and his team put into getting us a home. I cannot thank everyone enough.

Rachel Amarino was wonderful. She was there with the majority of the process and made me as the costume feel like a mattered. She was there and to explain every question and made sure I felt confident with every thing I needed to complete refinance.
