We had a snafu with the title company who did not include the sellers’ agent or our’s (buyer’s) agent on the email regarding the settlement date and funding date (which were to be the same) and as
a result we did not record (and get the keys) until the following day. It caused numerous problems. First American Title in Reno, NV will be receiving our negative comments.
The process was easy and the team was there any time I had a question. Super smooth!
