I expected and requested the final closing costs days before they were made available. I wanted to spend more time reviewing them and asking Garet Barry questions about them. I would suggest if possible that final closing costs be made available at least a week in advance of the closing date.Although, I wasn’t happy with the wait for the final closing costs, I was extremely happy with the speed of our closing!
Loved how quick easy and painless the process was especially for being a first time home buyer. All questions answered in a timely manner.
Keeping the buyer more in the loop, there was a couple small things that where asked about in the beginning, that weren't addressed causing a weeks delay and extra $1,300 investment fast to get the water to pass . If it would of been addressed in the beginning there wouldn't of been a delay and the extra $1,300 may of been substantially less, being able to do it myself...

From day one until closing on my home everyone at Veteran's United were professional, supportive, always there to answer a question, and take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).

Probably more communication for first time homebuyers because I'd say most of us have no clue what anything is and how anything goes. That's what if felt like the whole process other than getting some answers from my agent David. Also need more communication from Angela Hake, I messaged and tried to call throughout the process but no dice so I gave up speaking with her, not sure what's going on there. I'd hire someone else that would at least acknowledge what you ask or say. David my agent was the best compared to anyone on the VU that I dealt with. If he wasn't apart of the process my review would of went the other way. Brie Flippin did her job well.
