The process was very simple from the start. My agent explained everything in great detail from beginning to end.
The entire process went very well. Everyone was very helpful. They promptly answered any questions and resolved any issues. The only issue would be closing costs. We received multiple closing cost estimates ranging from 12,000 to -2,000. We did not get our final closing costs until the morning of closing and there was still friction the day of to determine if those numbers were correct or not. Overall we are happy with our service.
