The process was amazingly simple. They send you paperwork, and if you review it and sign off on it as soon as they send it to you. You'll find you will always be on track with your closing date. The only negative I can remotely think of is the amount of emails between my realtor and Veterans United was a bit much at times. However, seeing as how easy Veterans United made it, I think this is a minor inconvenience at best. Veterans United got me set up and into a house in a month and one week at most. The process was quick and efficient and I'd gladly work with them again.
Veteran United is the way to good, if you are thinking about buying aassigned You can’t bet 0% down with lennders providing your financial backing… What ever your approval amount for a home based on your annual income. My wife & was considering buying in several locations, from day one, the Veterans United assigned team has made them self available 24/7 to help & guide us through the home buying process. Their with you all the way, be it phone call, or the My Vet website give you helpful advice on what to do next.. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.
