While writing this review , it still feels surreal that I am a home owner along with my family. There are not enough words to describe this journey and process toward purchasing a home. My family and I started this Wonderfull journey over a year ago. I am now part of that growing community.My experience with Veterans United has been interesting and fulfilling at the same time.
Interesting because you can see the progress of the paper work you have submitted and how everything comes together from beginning to end. Of course, it is fulfilling once you offer gets accepted , to closing and signing the final paperwork to receiving your keys to move in.We must not forget how we got to the finish line. I had an amazing and Wonderfull team that guide me through the process. The team consisted of Rich , Lora , Joedi, Gabriele and the behind the scenes team from Veterans United .I would like to give a shout out especially of course to Rich for being patient with me since day one and understanding not only my needs but the needs of my family. I was able to understand more Rich when we were deep in the process and yes , he is calm , cool and collective and when he is going to tell you he will get you to the promise land, he means it. I am a prove of that . My file was complex and the team that was assigned to me got to the finish line . Of course, my real state agent was my GPS in the woods and she is just like Rich in the sense that they will get you to the finish line of the Marathon. It is not always going to be pretty but they do an amazing job at getting you to the crossing line and getting you that medal.
