I have heard horror stories from people who have used other financial institutions and was expecting at least a little bit of push-back, but there was none! Thank you to everyone who helped my wife and I get into our first home!
I would recommend, There is only 1 issue. it is my understanding the HELOC could have been kept open by filling a form. we where unaware that the HELOC would close, we didnt want it to close. We will work this out with that company. However all things considered, the speed and everything , Nicole was great and I would highly recomend.
