I am not sure that I understand why multiple instances of verbal assault of me in the form of multiple people I spoke with as “professionals” working for veterans united was part of the home buying process for us including Emily and also Summer who would not stop insulting me multiple times during the contract signing in my home. Yes I am a military spouse. My husband was not impressed by this either .

Purchasing my home with Veterans United was a huge milestone for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for the team that helped guide me through the process. Buying a home can be stressful at times, but my team consistently worked hard to keep everything moving and to make sure I understood each step along the way.I especially want to recognize Andy Harris, Shawna, Hannah, and Christie for their dedication and professionalism. Andy was always responsive and supportive, making sure my questions were answered day or night and helping me stay on track throughout the loan process. Shawna and Hannah were extremely helpful and organized, making the document process smooth and keeping me informed of what was needed. Christie worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything met underwriting requirements. We had an extremely stressful, disorganized, and untimely experience with Veterans United. My client said they would never use them again after our experience. We had an 11 day delay on closing because of items that should have come up previously but waited to be brought up until the week before closing. Terrible communication and response.

I’m really sorry to hear how stressful and frustrating this experience was for both you and your client. Delays so close to closing, especially when concerns feel like they should have been addressed much earlier in the process, can create a lot of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I can understand why the lack of communication and responsiveness left such a negative impression.

We know how important it is to keep everyone informed throughout the homebuying process, including agents and borrowers, and I’m sorry that didn’t happen here. An 11-day closing delay is significant, and it’s understandable that your client walked away feeling disappointed after the experience.
