Buying a home can be stressful at times, but my team consistently worked hard to keep everything moving and to make sure I understood each step along the way.I especially want to recognize Andy Harris, Shawna, Hannah, and Christie for their dedication and professionalism. Andy was always responsive and supportive, making sure my questions were answered day or night and helping me stay on track throughout the loan process. Shawna and Hannah were extremely helpful and organized, making the document process smooth and keeping me informed of what was needed. Christie worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything met underwriting requirements. The realtors given by Veterans United were both bad communicators: one left the state while I was buying a house and stopped communicating, and the other made schedules and appointments without my knowledge or consent. The final real estate agent, Mrs. Kim Winters was very helpful.My loan coordinator was very helpful, but I did not hear from them for weeks in the beginning until it was close to closing on a house.The most helpful person was Missy, the person that helped me with setting up my utilities, mail and Internet, because she got me connected to people when she checked in.It was a very stressful time buying and selling a house. And unfortunately, I did not feel taken care of, or felt like anything was made easy by working with Veterans United. I will not be moving with Veterans United again.
