It has been 13 years since my last home buying experience. This week we just closed on a new home and the difference is night and day. Veterans United was a great company to work with. But even better than that was that we had a team of 4 people that were dedicated to helping us along the way. Each one was a professional at their job. And everything was so fast and seamless. They are up to date on technology and they process was just so easy. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

How do I describe Veterans United? I think I had one of the most amazing teams from start to finish. They walked me through everything. They put it all out there and when they said something and I couldn't remember it. They had no problem texting me exactly what it was that they said they kept saying please call if you have any questions concerns or anything. I swear it took less than a month to get me into my house that I love and I hope that they will continue to work with my realtor Julie Willingham. Because the entire team worked together and got me in this house I highly recommend everybody looking seriously to buy a house to use them.
I would be asked to provide information, I would and it would be accepted. A few days to week later, I would be told it wasn’t sufficient. I felt like everyone I was making progress forward, something would set me back again. Seemed like the person doing the underwriting was familiar with why state or county requirements. I was close to just not using. Waited till the last minute to ask again for something which set my closing back.
I already started telling folk about how easy it is if they just make the call.
Good to work with get a real good job of giving me my new home work with me. Got me a good rate I couldn’t go wrong.
