The Veterans United team gave me support and encouragement throughout the process. Following some miscommunication on my part or misunderstanding that could have derailed my closing on the house. My loan officer Dylan went to work to help through the rough spot and found a suitable solution that allowed the whole thing to proceed. Thanks to the team, I'm now living in my home and loving it!

Everything surrounding my home purchase was made so much easier, quicker and with much less stress through Veterans United. The entire process was easy with Veterans United. They give you an easy to use portal and tell you exactly what you need to upload. Compared to NFCU and USAA this made it super easy. The team here in Fayetteville were outstanding and I couldn't be happier with this process.
Mike Wilson, Patrick Newell, and Caitlin Germany were all outstanding. Everyone was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process. The only hiccup I had was not closing on the original date due to third party appraisal and confusion in wording. That part was a little frustrating but Mike did his best to reassure me that everything would be ok. The only reason this is not a 10 is because of that.
