This was me and my families first time buying a home and going through the process. They made it easy and took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. All we had to do was get them information that would help us get our approval.
I would've like the opportunity to update the interest rate during the process without affecting closing date (the rate dropped significantly down to 5.7 the day before closing). It would've been beneficial had I been given the option to renegotiate the interest rates. The team always kept me informed. I was impressed with the speed and recovery of the team when I had questions or concerns.
