This is my second home loan with Veterans United. It has been great both times. My loan officers have been very responsive to all my communications. Hands down the best financial experience I've ever had. I thank you so much.
Zach and others were wonderful. They will walk you through each step of the process. My only issue was getting an agent of which we were told would happen within 24-48 hrs and it took almost 2 weeks to get one assigned. With this we lost our on a couple more desirable houses but we did finally get one in a rural area in a tight market. We had to use 3 agents as the first 2 didn't work out.
I would reccomend that Nick and Rebecca handle their loans.
