The overall process was more tedious than other VA lenders and the appraiser’s they use do not do their jobs. A $700 appraisal still had the VA buyer have to go out and take pictures of smoke alarms.
As a real estate agent with 39 years in thee business, I was very impressed with how smooth the process was. Communication was great which is probably the most important part of any real estate transaction.
