Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.

From the start the Veteran United Team I was placed with has had my back the entire process. Communication and detailed plans to ensure I transitioned into a home was not stressful. It was educational and put into terms that were understandable. There were times when documents were looked over 3 times to ensure they were correct as well as ensuring I was getting the best deal for my home. Twice the rating was dropped which made the wait worth it. After a month of anticipation and family/friends encouragement, was finally able to have my home, just in time for Christmas, which made this even more special!! Can not thank Veterans United enough!!!
