Working with Veterans United was a really solid experience. Max and his team made the whole mortgage process feel a lot easier than I expected.They did a great job explaining everything—loan options, numbers, and what to expect at each step—without overcomplicating it. I always felt like I understood where we stood and what was coming next.Communication was on point. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and kept things moving without any confusion or delays.Overall, it was smooth, straightforward, and well run from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Max and the team to anyone going through the home loan process. This is the reason I chose them again, as Max and team serviced my previous mortgage.

I do not know if there was a disconnect between VU and the underwriters and the VA or what, but my experience was horrible. Also when I closed they added $10,000 more than I asked/wanted?????

The service Veterans United provides makes the home buying process clear and reduces the stresses involved.
The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.
Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work!

Our experience with VU was overall very smooth. The app was easy to work with. Checking off things on the “to do” list was straightforward and easy and our whole team did a great job seeing us through to the finish line. We had one hiccup, but everyone was as helpful as they could be so it was resolved in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend VU.

Well, I did recommend you to my brother, Stefan Suliman, in Georgia. However, I hope he will have a better team. Lots of mistakes happened. My team nearly lost me as a customer with their inexperience and lack of organizational skills. You should have a checkpoint system in which you email your customers about what needs to be done.
My team is telling me we will take care of the pest control/termite inspection. You don't need to worry. Well, 10 days to closing, and they dump it into my lap; we need the home inspected for termites. Oh, guess what? They also needed the metal shed inspected. three days before closing. That is crap, and your interest rates are all over. My brother got 5.75%, no points, and I got 5.99 with points. really lets squeeze the veterans for what we can? I guess I will need to find someone in the media to give you some publicity.

First, I appreciate you trusting us enough to recommend your brother. That makes it even more disappointing to hear how frustrating your own experience was. I’m really sorry for the stress caused by the late requests and lack of organization, especially so close to closing. Being told something is handled and then having it come back to you at the last minute isn’t the kind of experience you should have.

You also deserved clearer communication throughout the process so there were no surprises. I hear your concern about the differences in rates as well, and I understand how that can feel confusing and unfair without the right context.
