I would recommend Jason to anybody and everybody he’s so knowledgeable. He’s patient he’s understanding and he’s very quick to communicate. Always gets back to you right away without Jason. We wouldn’t have done this deal.
I mean for me they made it pretty easy and straightforward, but my situation was strictly VA income and it took me probably less than 30 days close on the house a new construction out at that.

The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.
