Hard loan to do stuck with me thru whole ordeal



I was up against a hard deadline with another bank that decided to raise my 5.9% to 8.4 by 10/01/25.I called "BS, and called Veteran's United, and finished my refinance in 30 days, Wow, that was fast!One discrepancy which burned my ass like a three foot camp fire was a lack of "COMMUNICATION!"Veterans United gives you a text message to do most of your back and forth communications, and a phone number attached up top.Each time I needed something time sensitive, which was three different times during the entire process, I had to make phone calls, and additional text messages to get a hold of one of four (4), people assigned to my case. Hours went by when I expected at least a heart beat text message but no, my last text message from a day or two ago has not been answered, and have not received the requested call back from the manager on my case!Communication is everything in any relationship, however my back was against a wall and had to endure the process.Refinancing a home is not in my wheelhouse, it is however the employees of Veteran's United. I think they like anybody who deals with the public get complacent and tunnel vision on one thing or too many things at at time.My Veteran's United case workers:1. Ryan Sherman

At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
