I had a great experience overall, and I want to take a moment to give a well-deserved shoutout to Justin Menard. I know this review isn’t specifically about him, but he played a major role in making the entire loan process go as smoothly as it did.Throughout everything, Justin was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was going through a big transition getting out of the military while buying a home, and he made sure I always had a clear understanding of what was going on. Anytime I had questions, he took the time to break things down in a way that was straightforward and easy to follow.What stood out most to me was the level of effort he put in. It never felt like I was just another loan — he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions and put me in a good position. He went above and beyond more than once, and that kind of support makes a big difference during a process like this.I’m very thankful for everything Justin did to help me through it. Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

I started out with Victoria McGhee in early Aug 2025 inquiring about a home loan to have a house built. She sent me all the info I needed and followed up on the progress of the home.
Victoria Elliot worked my loan preapproval and kept me informed of required items to keep the process going.
Lisa Williams took care of all the necessary steps to send my loan to the underwriters. Also keeping me informed on the steps required to make it through the process.In Feb 2026 I threw another curve ball at the VU team due to the deal with my building contractor fell through and I was changing course to buy a new home just being completed by a different builder.
Victoria Elliot kept me up to date with check ins very regularly. She went out on maternity leave in Feb and handed me over to Tommy Heller.
Tommy aggressively worked on my loan to save me money on my final closing costs. What other Home Loan company does that?! He was always there when ever I called with questions and kept me on track. .
