Wasn't too thrilled I was offered a 7.5% and had that written up but a 6.99% was just an ask away after I mentioned shopping around. Thought that was a little underhanded. But great experience afterwards.

David Fields is a horrible unethical and unprofessional loan originator! He is not thorough and he lies. It began with him quoting me a mortgage rate of which he voluntarily spent my money, without disclosing it, to buy down the rate only to in an attempt to secure my business with a lower advertised rate as opposed to another lender who quotes a rate strictly based on what they were able to do short of me wanting to decrease it by buying down my rate but that would be my prerogative. This is where it started with David and only compounded from there….I will be proceeding forward with complaints to the NMLS and Missouri regulators!
