This refinance process was incredibly easy and quick with Veterans United.
Totally screwed up payouts, some still not paid after 9 days, so I have to make double payoffs. Didn't listen to instructions or paperwork I sent in multiple times.
My team was the best they worked hard for me.
Danielle stayed with us from start to finish, even went to loan closing with us to make sure everything was correct
my experience was really although some pay off checks were sent to the wrong addresses I called and it was token care of right away! Celina was a real pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with her on my next purchase.
Deal with a local person, online account reps do not seem to have the same motivation for good customer service.
Jake provided us with the up to date information on our loan which put us at ease through the process of refinancing our home. Jake was very professional made us feel that we were important and not just a loan
They are patient with my work schedule when I haven’t been able to return documents right away. They allow for other options. I appreciate the VU website where I am able to load documents and they can review them later.
Good, sincere organizations are hard to find in todays world. These guys are it. I am an office manager and I have assembled an all star team. These guys rival it. I am very critical of other customer service organizations but I have nothing but positive things to say about Kim and her team.
The process was very easy to understand and their customer support is the best I have ever experienced!
