The whole team worked very hard to process paperwork and explain the process of how the loan is being worked and why requests for information were made. Communication was great, VU was always available if I had questions and always asked if there was any thing I needed. Overall, great job by the team I had at VU.
The team was helpful and they did a great job of keeping us on track. The checklist and software interface was excellent.
Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
I didn’t realize how much was involved with a VA loan. If it wasn’t for Gwyen Creel I would have dropped the whole loan process! But she kept encouraging me and finally got it DONE 😊 Thanks Gwyen 👍

Larry did awesome. Cam was ok, but was not happy that I was never informed about the closing not happening the day I was told. Also not being told to turn my auto pay off, that's not something I would automatically know. I feel this round, besides with Larry was not as flowy.
