The emotional support really made a difference. I didn't think I'd ever find my home but your encouragement kept me from giving up. Every time I got frustrated you smoothed everything out for me. I cannot put in words how great full I am.
From start to finish, it was like they were holding my hand the whole way, from the first phone call I got to the end , this went very well, besides me having to do homework, lol... But all this was done very professional, I was never in the dark about how things was going to work, the team that was on this worked perfectly together.
I just wish I could have used my military discount on the closing lol....

Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
My team was very thorough and transparent about all the paperwork needed to process my loan as quickly as possible. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and responsive to all my questions and needs.
