Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.

I had an easy going experience with VU. I have had everyone I worked with looking out for me since day 1. It was great to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable team working to help with one of the most important important purchases of my life. From getting calls on updates to letting me know steps and processes makes it’s just a little bit more stressful. Everyone has a part in this process and they all did it great.
These people are so nice I did it twice! They go out their way to make sure your home buying experience is explained to you. I loved their “To Do List” because it keeps you on track every step of the way and your calls are always answered by someone. You can expect to be with respect and dignity.
We were in dire straights, our home had mold and I am disabled from Iraq. We turned to an internet search and we found Veteran's United.
