Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.

I've done business with VU on 3 homes now and the first 2 were excellent but the 3rd time was NOT a charm. The app and website are down right horrible and way too problematic. I opened tickets and called the help desk but they weren't very helpful and when I was transferred to somebody that could allegedly help he was very rude on the phone. I probably won't be doing business with VU again in the future after this last interaction.
Bryan was great and extremely thoughtful. Him and his team went above and beyond to answer my one million questions (not exaggerating). If you’re looking to buy a home and want someone who will truly answer everything you want to know while also making sure you stay in the price range you’re comfortable with, he’s your guy. We’re currently spending our first night in our dream home and cannot thank you enough.

From start to finish, it was like they were holding my hand the whole way, from the first phone call I got to the end , this went very well, besides me having to do homework, lol...
