Bryan was great and extremely thoughtful. Him and his team went above and beyond to answer my one million questions (not exaggerating). If you’re looking to buy a home and want someone who will truly answer everything you want to know while also making sure you stay in the price range you’re comfortable with, he’s your guy. We’re currently spending our first night in our dream home and cannot thank you enough.
Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
I could not recommend Veterans United more!!! I originally started my journey in the beginning of June with another mortgage company after three weeks of not even be able to get a VA preapproval I called Veterans united and within one day they had me a preapproval and within four days I had a full conditional approval!!Shawn, Sarah and their team worked diligently and had me at my clear to close in just over two weeks. From start to finish, it was like they were holding my hand the whole way, from the first phone call I got to the end , this went very well, besides me having to do homework, lol...
