Matt & his team Logan & Alex went above & beyond! They were able to close on my new home 7 days earlier, in time for movers to get me in before holiday weekend! They were in constant communication via text, email, & phone conversations! Answered all of my questions & were very knowledgeable in their work! It was good working with Alec. I did think closing cost just kept going up. Then when you’re at closing you don’t want to stop the process so you just sign…. But closing cost started at like 7k then it was 9k then at closing it came in at 11k so it never went down it just kept going up. So I’m not sure what happened and I really didn’t want to put a roadblock up late in the afternoon when I was finally signing… so I swallowed the expense and signed. For this being for veterans you would think you could get better pricing and better interest rates.
My home loan team is the absolute best. I have had Zero issues with any of them. Love my team.

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score.
