I honestly was really disappointed. Poor communication, poor customer service, always waiting till the last minute to request additional information, in gerneral not knowing the specifics of my loan before calling or sending emails. Needless phone calls in the middle of the work day. 1st house deal fell through after a lot of fumbles and we still received a "Welcome to your New Home" gift. Made my wife really upset and in general was a really dumb mistake on their part. Just because it says veterans doesn't mean its the best place for veterans. Pick another company if you prefer not having additional stress with your home buying experience. All in all I still got a home, but it was mostly on the shoulders of my realtor.

Great to work with, easy process and good communications
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. Macenzie was very helpful throughout the process. In fact, during closing there was an issue with the final figures, it was taking two hours, I finally had to make a call to Macenzie to get the problem resolved. She saved the day, I was ready to cancel the deal.
