VeteransUnited is good at getting Veterans as customers, but my experience is that once they get you their customer service is awful. I have worked with numerous lenders over the years and this is the absolute worst. I am currently trying to get my account straight since May. Customer service agents not trained/knowledgeable to assist. Gets various information but no resolution.

Matt & his team Logan & Alex went above & beyond! They were able to close on my new home 7 days earlier, in time for movers to get me in before holiday weekend! I was actually very surprised at the helpfulness, and professionalism of the entire team. Chris Angelo was exceptionally helpful. He stuck with me for over a year while I searched, and explored different options. He never once waivered in his commitment . Top-notch service.

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being.
