This was the greatest experience I have had w/a home loan provider!So smooth and easy.
I would still recommend but this buying process was the most stressful transaction I have ever had. Staff not answering on closing day. Then documents not provided until the day of closing. Very poor communication. Very upsetting as the last transaction I had with veterans united was so wonderful that this one feel so short.

The constant support by VU entire home buying team and their follow ups was great. I know some of the office work goes on every day once the work order gets there, but letting me know helped with the anxiety of buying a home. I felt it made me central to the process.
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. We were clueless about buying a home but Tommy made it so easy f or us to understand. He took his time and explained everything and never rushed the process.
