I could not be happier with my experience. Justin, Rhiannon, and Bianca were phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer I was stressed, unsure of the process, and kind of overwhelmed. Everyone answered every question and didn’t make me feel dumb or out of the loop. They even sent a care package with my cat’s name and treats for him. I will be recommending them to every veteran I know.

Honest review?My team was beyond reproach. Every member went above and beyond. I was absolutely well informed at all times. Everyone on my team busted butt and allowed me the ability to close on my house in under 30 days.
This is the second VA loan I’ve taken through VU and the reason is because of Mike Patzius. Mike helped on my first loan and he stayed in touch afterwards offering different advice on my loan and how I could optimize it. So, when it came time to get another VA loan, there was no question about who I would call for help. Mike took great personal care of this time and I would have no problem recommending VU to any veteran.
I'm difficult and stubborn and have tons of questions and the whole team was patient and polite the entire time. 1st time home buyer and they guide you thru it. From Cole, Trenton, and our amazing realtor Reid, I have zero complaints.
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families.
