Veterans United has always been my go-to for VA loans. They are fast, friendly, and easy to work with. I only rate at a 9 just because they do have high fees that are thrown in. Expect about $14k by time you close.

10/10 highly recommend. Overall the process was very smooth, Dorian and his team communicated each step in the home buying process and ensured I meet my closing date. Dorian and his team informed me and answered all questions I had in a timely manner which was awesome. They made my first home purchase very easy for me and I am thankful for each and every one of them.
Veterans United has been helpful from the beginning. After shopping around various lenders this one stood out to me better than the others. No spam text messages, No spam calls. They were very clear with what my options were and I believe they truly cared about the borrower's needs. One thing I would say they could improve is the communication between lender and borrower. Instead of having the borrower directly reach out to the lender, I would try to maybe schedule a call and give an overview about the offer you are receiving and things that may or may not change in your disclosure. I know the borrower can just call and request this information but as a courtesy to the borrower, I would have preferred a call because my disclosure changed numerous times .It would have been nice for the lender to call me about these things once in a while. Overall though, great experience. I would recommend to others.

I can’t put into words how helpful Kenny is on everything throughout this whole process. It doesn’t matter the time or the day, if it’s a weekend or evening, he was there 100% anytime I needed anything. Even a simple question in a text message late at night he will respond quickly. It really made the whole process very smooth and he helped to ease any anxiety that I had with buying a home. I would 100% recommend him to any of my fellow service members that have a chaotic schedule.

It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team.
