Man, what an amazing experience. I was hesitant using veterans united because theyre this big company, but man are they the experts on these VA loans. I was shopping around for rates and they were #1 the entire time. We had a complicated loan so Ryan and his team had their work cut out for them, but they knocked it out of the park. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always worked towards getting us to a yes. So thankful to Ryan and the veterans united team for getting us in out dream home.

My first experience with VU was phenomenal. My second loan experience with them was a bit of a let down. They charged me fees on things that I don't think they should have. All of the small fees add up. When someone is buying a home, they need to save as much as possible. There are way too many unnecessary fees, perhaps VU could downsize its unnecessary personnel and programs, and that would allow it to cut out some of the fees.
Ryan Stoll and Kyle Walker were my team through this loan process and we couldn’t have had a better team!! Veterans United was definitely the way to go!

Veterans United handled my initial home loan and also took care of my interest rate reduction loan refinancing. The entire team is professional and makes the entire home buying and refinancing processes as easy as possible. The Veterans United portal/app is also very easy to use as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to any veterans looking to buy or refinance their homes.
