Good morning, l'm not a very easy person to deal with I have my issues, but John, Landon and the great team they have..Above and beyond the call of duty. They listen.,taught explained and supported throughout the whole process. Phone calls on the status of everything..I cannot leave out my agent Rachel she was patient, understanding and if there's a solution she will find it and make it happen. I have bragged on our Veterans United team so so many times. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his team. As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and honestly didn’t know where to start. The way everything was broken down and communicated to me was flawless! There was never a point in time that I felt in the dark or questioned a single thing! And the icing on top of the cake. They truly listen! Before we closed I received a beautiful garden sign for my new garden. This was something I’d mentioned to the team as I was as excited to build in our new place. That brings united got my loan based on my income, which was $4100.02 weeks after I closed on my home the VA cut my pay to 2100 for no reason with no factual basis at all if they don’t get this fixed right away, it’s very possible that I will lose my home for reasons that are absolutely false
