Josie and her team were great! I’m a first-time buyer and the process was pretty smooth. They were communicative, quick to answer my questions and helped keep me at ease during a mildly stressful experience. The to-do list is an awesome feature! I was a little overwhelmed by how many people I was interacting with and unsure of who to contact for what at first. I maybe would have preferred a single contact, but more people also means more helping hands!
