There was a problem with one guy in underwriting which caused delays, otherwise a great experience.
Every step of the process was simple and easy. The VU team is always there to assist in any way that they can.
The problems we had all came from the underwriting department. There was always one more last minute request for documentation, and it was almost always something they should have known days ago that they were going to need and shouldn't have waited until the last minute to request it from us, which led to weeks of delays in closing.
