Since day 1 of talking with Joel, he's been nothing but extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I. We are new to homeowners and we're quite happy with Joel's professional and friendly interactions. He helped us understand stuff if we couldnt figure it out. I highly recommend VA home loans to any new or existing homeowners. Definitely ask for Joel.
Tim Alvis would be great for someone who is NOT buying their first house. He would be a great candidate for someone who is an experienced buyer. It was not a good experience for me and my husband and we were disappointed in his complacency that ultimately changed our closing date and our view of veterans United home loans.

The local office was great! Cal and his team are amazing. The corporate side that I started with leaves much to be desired. Multiple calls a day from different people trying to give me the same information over and over.
