I had so much fear going forward with this process, but my fears were addressed with kindness and support.
They were fantastic to work with, made the overall process pretty easy! Underwriting had some difficult challenges but they helped us though it. I found the VA funding fee of over $7,000. To be a little excessive on top of the loan origination fee of over 3K. End result is we are in a our home and very happy to be here!
The Veterans United loan team were great! Highly recommend their knowledge of the VA processes, which were useful for the realtor to rely upon. Easy, online process for document collection and communication.
