From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Loved our home buying experience with Veterans United. Great people, super easy to deal with!

(2) We didn't get final approval until a few days for closing
