I have never been treated better by a mortgage company in my life. I was helped from the beginning to the end and even after I signed my paperwork. I had someone communicating with me constantly, and nothing fell through the cracks. They even bought me coffee! I seriously cannot say enough about the amazing team that Rob Deleeuw headed, including Brayden who always helps with paperwork, and Sierra who just wanted to make sure that I had everything set up, including utilities and address change. Seriously top-notch service!
Steve was completely on top of everything super fast. Super efficient couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer. The whole team at Veterans United was amazing to work with the process was seamless, out of all of the several home loans I’ve had, this has been the easiest by far.
