The entire process of getting a pre-approval up to the last week before closing went smoothly except at the very end when the appraisal didn't get uploaded until last minute which delayed my closing date. Otherwise I had a great experience with Veterans United and my team. Shoutout to my realtor, Kathleen, for helping me negotiate and point out important things for me, and my loan officer, Steve, who crunched all the numbers and got things moving quickly on the admin side of things.
