We just recently bought a house in Va, Austin and his team did a great job with helping us on every step in our process, Austin gave us a lot of good advice on our buying process and even gave us pros and cons before we actually put an offer in, he didn’t even just let us jump-in to something that will not be beneficial for us. Austin and his team followed up even after the closing and will offer help and directions to make you pre-moving and post-moving process. We are very thankful for having them as our Loan team.P.S. they even sent us our first Family movie night Pizza at our new house!

We started with another lender because of issues with builders proffered lenders and the issues with lenders completely ended. The builders agents tried to create drama but every time we got in touch with Kevin and Jared it was under control and they had the paper trail to support the fact the builder and his agents had manufactured or lied about something and tried ti blame it on our non preferred lender. We leaned on Kevin and Jared and they surpassed expectations.
