I was caught at a surprise when I was told that a virtual POA would not be accepted. In fact it was in a few days before my actual closing that I was told I needed a wet signature POA. I feel there was lack of communication with rocket closing and Veterans united.
If you are considering buying a home and looking for a lender, Veterans United will make the home buying process easy, they have great customer service, very proactive and they will send you a “to do list” that will guide you step by step, they communicate with you in very clear ways, and they are definitely on your side when any challenges may arise, I highly recommend Veteran’s United to any body looking for a leader in the home buying process, it only took a few phone calls to know that I made the right choice, bravo Zulu and hats off to the whole team at Veterans United, you guys are awesome, and thank you so much for a job well done

I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
