Philip is very unprofessional her only quells via text after normal 9-5 business hours and only at his convenience, NOT the buyer and NOT the seller and will not communicate effectively with the agents in regards to urgent timelines. Clearly demonstrated lack of regulatory knowledge resulting in delays, confusion about funding, and missed settlement dates, yes more than one missed settlement date on the same property. Do not go with Philip and his team, I would be hesitant to recommend veterans united again because even colleagues do not communicate effectively.
We really appreciate all of your help and work through this process; we couldn't be happier and also super excited to get out of our apartment and into a home that still keeps us close to our current neighborhood. I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
