This is my first time working with Abigail and my second time working with Matt. When Matt reaches out to you, it’s not just as a provider/client relationship. He truly cares about what you’re going through in life and adjust it to help you to the best of his ability figure out a way to afford the house that you want to get into. Abigail was always timely in her responses and very easy to contact. She was a very nice individual every time that I communicated with her.I know there’s other options out there, but I will always go back to veterans United as long as Matt is still working there. And now I have a strong second reason to go back with Abigail.

The team of Crystaline, Bailey, Missy, Jonathon Mack went above and beyond since the beginning of this process back in October 2024. When we had to put a pause on shopping due to the credit setback they checked on me and gave me pointers or advice on where to go next.
