This was absolutely a seamless and stress free experience. Candy and Jake and Sarah were great at communicating and expediting every step of the process and keeping things moving forward for us. Candy was super approachable and communicated so well with us throughout the process...there was no doubts, uncertainties, or discomfort with any portion of the loan process. The website was very easy to follow and access as well. No confusion or uncertainty at any time through the entire process.
It was a team effort and I greatly appreciate everything my Veterans United team did for me. I couldnt be more happy in my new house!!
The team I worked with was awesome. Any questions I had they answered in a timely manner. I would recommend Veterans United, they sure helped me with my finacial situation.
There is a lot of room for improvement in the communication between the loan officer and loan coordinator. We were often asked to submit or answer the same questions multiple times. The roles of the loan officer and loan coordinator were not always clear and made the home selling/buying process lengthy and cumbersome. This made an already stressful time more challenging. The tone and intensity of some of the communications from the Veterans United team was a little excessive and not always respectful.
We were also quoted a reasonably lower interest rate on the initial application, only to learn that the estimated interest rate had to be “bought down” which was not a nice surprise.
We did appreciate the time that was taken to find us the best insurance rates for our home and auto. This process was smooth and seamless.
I won't work with anyone else.

Chase at veterans united was great. His team got us through our first home buying process smoothly and they were on top of everything. We closed on a house in less than a month. My time was very limited because of my job. They made it easy for the documentation and very good communication. I’d recommend anyone to them and would do it all over again with them without question!

He went above and beyond, supporting me throughout the entire process home buying process, educating me, and ensuring all deadlines were met, even inconveniently, on a holiday weekend. Drew really made this first-time home-buying experience feel simple and took the guesswork out of the things I did not fully understand. Big thanks go out to him and his team!
