The folks I worked with were always willing to answer my myriad questions and were so gracious with my ignorance with buying a home. What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
