This was my first time buying a home. My team made the process very easy and were always available if I had any questions. They also provide a lot of resources you'll need for your first home such as insurance and utilities in your area. Could not recommend them enough.

Thomas Clusiau (our first appointed realtor in ND) should have his license revoked. He was not only unprofessional, he was on vacation while we were in need of a home and put us on the back burner. He made offers without our knowledge and offered earnest money that we did not offer. He refused to put our offer in writing after multiple requests. When confronted, he said “that’s what ND is like”. He then lied and told us the home that we ended up purchasing after switching realtors had sold and that it was no longer on the market. When he told us that he then told VU that my family was taking a break from looking at homes and never contacted me again which was a lie. I would like to receive a phone call about this.
