The person that took over my loan was horrible. She made multiple mistakes and always blamed it on someone else . Wouldn’t talked to me and always text.
I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
Tyler was the best! I would recommend him and Veteran's United 1000 times over. Thank you for all your help in getting us into our new home. We actually purchased a home that we were renting prior. The whole team has been the best in the process.
We continually experienced emails being sent to incorrect parties, emails addressed to other potential loan clients, incorrect realtors, legal offices, etc. We kept asking that Veterans United be more careful with communications and these requests were ignored.
