Had a few twists and turns, during the loan process, a lot of questions regarding VA loan applications and possible VA loan bylaws regarding getting a VA loan while having an existing VA and also learning about an IRRRL loan for Veterans. My loan officer Ben Choi did not communicate well. Went on vacation/leave and put someone in his place that wasn’t licensed, and could not answer questions. Mason Radcliffe was terrible as well. All over the place. Had to beg to receive phone calls from both. Didn’t give me the correct cash to close until signing day, and even then it was still wrong. They ruined my first home buying experience.

Pre approval process is easy and fast however final approval underwriting is needlessly difficult and requires lots of patience to navigate through until completion
