While looking online at a home I was interested in, I decided to click on a button to get a pre-approval for the "just in case". Although the computer did its thing and I had the answer I needed to go on about my day, I received a follow-up call from Schandler extremely quickly after! He asked me all the pertinent questions he needed to, with warmth and interest instead of that probing feeling around talking money and applications. He genuinely listened and to understand instead of check the boxes. The entire time working with him was quick and to the point while still answering all my concerns and giving me full confidence in his knowledge and ability. He made time for me, even when it didn't seem opportune for him. His guidance and estimations were right on and made the whole experience, from start to finish, seamless! I can't say enough about the online portal that gave me the ability to give and get all of my information with ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is eligible to use them! Pre approval process was great. However, once the mortgage approval began, communication was practically non existent. Information sent was overlooked and had to reinforce to team to actually look at the documents actually sent. Total communication failure!

I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
