Everybody involved was very accomodating especially since this was my first home purchase. Made it seem very seamless but im willing to bet they were hustlin and bustlin to get me in this house so fast.
My experience with Veterans United was next level. Any situation or circumstances that I came into they were there with answers. The staff was very consistent and considerate about anything I needed or didn’t understand. I would recommend Veterans United if given the opportunity.

This is my second time using VU. The first experience was great. It was smooth, went like clockwork, and didn't require a lot of back-and-forth between me and VU. This second time was awful. At one point I wish I had chosen another lender. Stuff was wrong, required multiple times, things that should have been requested sooner were not. It was only at the 11th hour and on the day of closing that I got final approval. This was a very STRESSFUL process the 2nd time and really left a very SOUR taste in my mouth about the overall experience. Because It was my second time, I knew it could have all been handled better - but it wasn't. Would I recommend? Yes, but with reservations and caution!
