She is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and is an amazing communicator. Janeanne's experience and expertise was on display particularly when I was trying to understand some state law provisions and we were consulting with the legal team. She always made me feel like a valued part of the Veterans United family. I felt comfortable that she was always on top of the entire loan process. Danielle was similarly amazing. Although I didn't interact with her as much as Janeanne, that just goes to show their efficiency and skill. Janeanne set me up for success and Danielle helped us get across the finish line.
