Phil comes from a deeply rooted military family. His grandfather was a U.S. Army Ranger awarded the Silver Star in Vietnam, both parents served in the Air Force, and all of his siblings have ties to military service. That legacy fuels his passion for supporting Veteran homebuyers with integrity and purpose.
A proud husband of nearly 20 years and father of six kids, and one bird named Ollie, a man of Faith. Phil understands the importance of finding the right home for your family. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, voice acting, and spending time outdoors.

Philip is very unprofessional her only quells via text after normal 9-5 business hours and only at his convenience, NOT the buyer and NOT the seller and will not communicate effectively with the agents in regards to urgent timelines. Clearly demonstrated lack of regulatory knowledge resulting in delays, confusion about funding, and missed settlement dates, yes more than one missed settlement date on the same property. Do not go with Philip and his team, I would be hesitant to recommend veterans united again because even colleagues do not communicate effectively.

The team worked hard to navigate through some obstacles that were out of their hands. Very professional and I would recommend them to any veteran looking for a loan for there mortgage.
