I appreciate how organized they are and how they communicated with me about things needed or status updates. This is my second loan with VU. Both times I had Phi Smyzer helping me and he is absolutely amazing to work with. His professionalism, attentiveness and communication are always what makes the difference for me. During both loans I was going through rough times, which means that I was very stressed out and had the need to ask a lot of questions. Phil was very patient and always provided me with clear communication and realistic expectations. I am very grateful for Phil!

Simply put we got in a bind because of another mortgage services misinformation and PHIL swept in and saved the day. HE IS AMAZING, Veterans United is amazing. I especially love the level of integration on the web site and app. You can simply enter in your info and viola your income, addresses, employment history is all imported in and verified.
