A former professional track and field athlete and team captain, he knows what it takes to perform under pressure, lead with integrity, and stay focused in high-stress situations. Though not from a military background, Aaron has a deep respect for service and sacrifice, and shares a strong connection through lived values: hard work, resilience, and teamwork. With extensive experience in customer service across both professional and everyday spaces, Aaron excels in building trust and delivering real support to those he works with. Having traveled throughout Europe, Central America, and the U.S., Aaron brings a global perspective and a grounded, people-first approach. Outside of work, Aaron is a proud parent, an outdoor enthusiast, and someone on a growing journey of faith — all of which shape a deep sense of purpose in everything he does.
