Veterans United came through for me in many ways. The team they hooked me up with took care of me every step of the way, right up to closing, and they continue to be there for me. My family is grateful for their help in obtaining a new home.
The communication was terrible. Not so much with Aaron but Jeremy was terrible. His communication was horrendous. We never got all the information when we needed to, and that caused delays more than a once. Not just us who thought this, the legal teams and the insurance representative all had the same complaints.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Michael,
I appreciate you taking the time to let me know where communication fell short during your experience. I'm sorry communication wasn't as consistent or timely as it should have been. I understand how frustrating it can be when you're waiting on important information, especially when you feel those communication gaps are contributing to delays.
I appreciate you recognizing Aaron's efforts, and I also take your concerns about the rest of the experience seriously. I'd like the opportunity to learn more about what happened and make sure your feedback is heard. Please reach out to the Client Advocate team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
The team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and messages received outside those hours are typically answered the next business day.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
Aaron was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying process. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to answer every question meant so much to us. Even when I was anxious or had a million questions, Aaron never made me feel like I was a bother and always took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. There were definitely stressful moments along the way, but he always reassured us and kept everything moving forward. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and dedication in helping our family become homeowners. Thank you, Aaron, for being there every step of the way and for helping make this such a special moment for our family. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!
