The overall process would have been very quick, but I had a couple of hiccups along the way. My team handled each one admirably and we kept trudging along, with a final approval. Good job team!

I think there needs to be a better push in the states to keep Condo Organizations up to the quality that is needed to pass into the VA Loan. but that would be difficult to encourage without monetary incentives.

We tried for a loan last year and it did not go well. But we came back to Veterans United because of how well they treated us last year. So, we decided to go back and I am very happy that we did! They wee simply better than any other lender I’ve dealt with in the past.I would recommend them to any veteran looking for a first time home or refinance.

I can't compliment Kayla Humphrey enough. As our loan coordinator she was quick to respond, gave clear responses and helped us interpret what we were doing and needed to do, all within her lane. She was a pleasure to work with.
