Brain is the best! The north Jersey housing market is challenging especially for VA loans because there are so few veteran buyers. Nevertheless, Brian got the entire condo VA approved and us ‘Clear to Close’ in a little over 30 days which is tremendous. He responded to us in minutes. He demonstrated excellent proficiency and customer service.

Brian Poterbin, Kate Keating, and the entire VUHL team were exceptional throughout the entire home loan process. Every team member provided prompt, professional, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. They consistently went above and beyond to keep me informed, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way. This was by far the best home-buying experience I’ve ever had. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team, and if I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would.

Brian and Angelica were both an absolute pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the VU team. They were extremely professional, always responded in a timely manner, and answered all questions we had quickly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made the process smoother than we could have asked for.

Without a doubt, Veterans United is a class organization, at least from my vantage point as a return customer. As a veteran, there is no better team to turn to when you need to get a mortgage and purchase a home. They are guides who walk you through each step, and always have substantive answers to your questions or issues.I couldn't be happier. In fact, when I first reached out to the real estate agent about the property I wanted to buy, the agent thought the VA would not authorize a loan for it. It only took a call to Brian, who explained her fears were false, and we were on the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I was able to realize thanks to my Veterans United family of Brian, Chris, Heather and Daniel. I will forever be a VU evangelist to all those eligible. Though I know this isn't easy, you make it so. I appreciate that. Yes, you are a great team and family. Mark D. Faram
