I was born and raised in Roeland Park, KS a small suburb of Kansas City. I graduated Cum Laude in 2007 from Avila University with my Bachelors in Political Science with an emphasis in Pre-Law and a minor in Philosophy. I was a 4 year varsity football letterman and a First Team Scholar Athlete . I am the proud father of three intelligent, beautiful, and rambunctious children. I am honored to help our Nation’s Veterans and their families navigate what can be an exciting and stressful time. My Team and I are here to help walk you through what can be the most important financial decision in your life. We look forward to making your dreams of homeownership a reality!!

Brian and Angelica were both an absolute pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the VU team. They were extremely professional, always responded in a timely manner, and answered all questions we had quickly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and made the process smoother than we could have asked for.
Without a doubt, Veterans United is a class organization, at least from my vantage point as a return customer. As a veteran, there is no better team to turn to when you need to get a mortgage and purchase a home. They are guides who walk you through each step, and always have substantive answers to your questions or issues.I couldn't be happier. In fact, when I first reached out to the real estate agent about the property I wanted to buy, the agent thought the VA would not authorize a loan for it. It only took a call to Brian, who explained her fears were false, and we were on the way. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I was able to realize thanks to my Veterans United family of Brian, Chris, Heather and Daniel. I will forever be a VU evangelist to all those eligible. Though I know this isn't easy, you make it so. I appreciate that. Yes, you are a great team and family. Mark D. Faram
Very responsive and caring individual. We love them.
The professionalism and quality customer service was second to none.
Hi I would like to speak with Brian’s supervisor because his competence and professionalism about questions I had was subpar. The rest of the team was okAlso, I will be emailing VA United to speak to someone preferably his supervisor for a formal complaint. It is sad that as a special forces veteran who stayed with VU After being pursued by other companies was a huge mistake but I tried to work with him and the teamPlease contact me if you have any questions 757-714-2923 or email me 1on1healthfitness@gmail.com
Response from Veterans United
Hey Michael,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration you felt when trying to get your questions answered. You deserve clear, respectful communication, and it’s disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience here.
I also want to acknowledge what you shared about your service. It means a great deal, and I’m especially sorry this left you feeling let down after choosing to move forward with us.
I understand you’re looking to connect with a supervisor and file a formal complaint, and I’d truly like to help make sure your concerns are heard and reviewed appropriately. The best next step is to connect directly with our Client Advocate team so we can look into this thoroughly and ensure it reaches the right place.
You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and we typically respond the next business day if you reach out after hours.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
