Hayley started at Veterans United in 2020 having been intrigued by their core values of helping and educating our service members in all facets of the homebuying process. She loves the opportunity to get to know so many from all walks of life and gets so much joy working hand-in-hand as they achieve their homebuying goals. In her free time, you can find Hayley on the golf course or at a Chiefs game! Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, she attended the University of Missouri where she met her husband, Eric. Hayley loves a good workout class as well as crosswords, puzzles and reading. The water is her therapy and loves her time at the lake or the beach. She fills her cup by spending time with her husband and their three pets Floyd, Ophelia and Andy.

Throughout my entire experience, the Veterans United team was there to help. Questions were properly answered and no question was too big or too small. Attention to detail was prevalent throughout the whole process, and I FELT like I was working with a very professional team. Could not recommend enough.
Everyone on my team was remarkable. They helped me with all of my concern's, helped to resolved any issues I had. I would definitely say they were a top “10”. They helped my process go through smoothly. And I just want to say “ Thank You”!!!
There was some lapse of communication which ultimately put more stress on me than I think was required. Hayley was very informative on the requirements need to complete majority of the process and would seek her again for help. The overall struggle was near the end of the process where I was not being assisted on from the rest of her team. There were moments I could not get a hold of them and left voices mails with not returned call. Again I would like to reiterate that Hayley was professional and above approach with all my concerns. Would ask for Hayley assistance in the future.

I could write an essay on my experience with Hayley and her team. They were amazing from start to finish. They gave me real feedback from the pre-approval stage to closing. They worked tirelessly throughout the process, answered all our questions, and made my wife and I feel valued and comfortable through their warm, positive attitude.
