Jackson brings a strong background in customer service and financial knowledge to his role, and he’s passionate about making a positive impact in the community by helping Veterans achieve their dream of homeownership. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys traveling to new destinations, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family.

I would not recommend Veterans United to support Veterans with a home loan. The underwriter took the longest and I do have regrets going through Veterans United who was recommended to me from another Veteran.
Jackson and Elyse were excellent in handling our new home loan. From pre-qualification, to an increase in qualification to make an offer, to handling documentation, to clearing to close; they were top notch!! I would highly recommend Veterans United to veterans for the excellent service we receive.
Very professional and readily available. To do list is a good way to handle all the paperwork and legwork. Updates and contact with title company and builder/seller handled tactfully. Thanks for being so conscientious.
