I was very happy with the loan process, however i had one small bump in the road. in the middle of getting everythign together the loan team found out i had a well and then required a well test on top of the pest inspection. Neither of these would be a problem if they had just let me know up front that this was needed. I would encourage the team to ensure that for future cusotmers, that they make sure these items are addressed in the very beginning of the process.

I couldn't have had a better team to assist me and walk me through the home buying process (again)!!! Mike & Lora were phenomenal.When I first was trying to get approved, Mike was patient and kind as I was getting strung out by another lender. He saw me through some very frustrating experiences with that lender.Lora came along further in the process but didn’t let me file stay stagnant when roadblocks came my way. Since I came over the VU with a purchase agreement in hand, there was no time to waste and she saw to that.Mike, also, as we were nearing the finish line and just needed a VA appraisal to score kept calling the department of veterans affairs together basically daily for 2 weeks. On one occasion staying on the line for over 2 hours well past normal business hours. Can’t say enough how much his efforts meant to me.
