Very professional and helpful

These people are so nice I did it twice! They go out their way to make sure your home buying experience is explained to you. I loved their “To Do List” because it keeps you on track every step of the way and your calls are always answered by someone. You can expect to be with respect and dignity.

We closed on our home in Eufaula on time and with nothing out of pocket. We actually walked away with money back. There were bumps along the way, including a rate lock that wasn't placed when it should have been, but Veterans United owned the mistake and made it right with a lender credit that protected our rate. Lora Grenier was outstanding in the final week, working with the closer so every credit landed exactly where we asked. Mike Smith stayed with us through the tough conversations. My advice to fellow veterans: get every commitment in writing and stay engaged. This team will follow through when you do.
