We greatly appreciated Veterans United's help with my recent mortgage. However, there is room for improvement in the rate lock process, including when it will take place and the rate lock duration.
The VU team did a great job of overall communication, minus that one, yet important aspect.

It took me over a year and a half to find the right home. Sarah was always available to answer questions and offer advice frequently throughout the whole process.

I don’t know where I would have been without this team!! I felt like I was the little sister purchasing a home and my big sisters had to do all the checks and balances on every step.
